The bespoke log cabin is of the highest quality with 68mm sections, roof and wall insulation, factory double glazed timber windows and doors, zinc gutters and a 9010 paint finish. The roof shingles are in black but other colours are available.

The top of the range Lomax + Wood timber bespoke garden room specification includes insulation which allows for the timber garden room to be used all year round and not just be a summer house. The windows and doors are factory double glazed with safety glass, fully weather-stripped, espagnolette locking and key locking handles. Another variant to many timber garden rooms was rather than incorporate a suspended timber floor a concrete screed was laid, with 20mm sprung rubber floor tiles on top which are ideal for mid to high impact exercise, they provide a mixture of comfort and safety for a gym workout at home.
